Product and Proposition Manager - Banking Transformation 
Radbroke, Glasgow, London or Northampton 

As a Barclays Product and Proposition Manager - Banking Transformation, you’ll be accountable for the management and development of both existing & new products and services. Where applicable, you’ll take ownership of related customer & colleague journeys. In the Banking Transformation team, you’ll develop the product strategy & drive change through Barclays execution teams by making key decisions in the product lifecycle and own the associated outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and the bank, achieving appropriate service level agreements.

What will you be doing?
•    Comprehending the Bank’s Customer Strategy, in order to support in delivery of this Strategy
•    Designing and developing solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs
•    Building extensive knowledge of products and services used across applicable Product and Proposition teams, as well as a good grasp of the financial services industry
•    Defining the priorities for delivering the outcomes needed to deliver the Strategy and lead execution of the priorities
•    Ensuring appropriate Service Level Agreements are in place with operational teams and monitor performance against these Agreements, supporting any resolutions
•    Contributing ideas as to how Barclays can respond to disruption from new business models, including disruptive models enabled by new Fintech developments
•    Leveraging partnerships with teams across Barclays to comprehend and optimise the operational model to deliver good customer outcomes, efficiencies in the business
•    Advising and influencing decision-makers using data, evaluative judgement and comprehensive grasp of the products and services within the team’s remit

What we’re looking for:
•    Experience of making strategic and tactical changes to the product journey within a products and service lifecycle
•    Existing Product Owner and Product Management experience 
•    Experience of leading and delivering a strategic change programme (tactical and transformational)
•    A good grasp of the delivery life cycle and how technology change is made

Where will you be working?

Radbroke:
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.

Glasgow:
Our new state-of-the-art Campus, right in the heart of Glasgow is a hub of creative collaboration. A place where everyone can bring their true selves to work and reach their full potential. Home to 5,000 of our colleagues, our Tradeston campus will support the community in more ways than one - by creating thousands of new career opportunities and celebrating local artists. A short walk from Central Station on the south of the Clyde, it will be a key location for the Barclays business that will deepen our ties with the city and its communities.

London:
In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.

Northampton:
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
