What you'll be doing;



This project management role will be responsible for ensuring all Facilities related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.



Projects will be delivered within our clients pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and may include new building fabrics renovation, space/moves management, mechanical or electrical systems installation, replacement or remedial repairs. This roles responsibility includes but is not limited to:


  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution



What we're looking for;


  • Project Management qualification/certification preferred
  • Mechanical & Electrical experience and understanding of all statutory rules and regulations
  • Ability to read and understand P&ID's/electrical drawings
  • Proven ability to solve problems
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
