Job Description

Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of #TeamCBC!

We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.

The Council is recruiting for a Regeneration Officer.

 

The role involves:

  • Delivering and monitoring of regeneration projects including UK SPF and Town Deal. As well as other regeneration projects/programmes. 
  • Working on all aspects of regeneration, from sourcing funding, working with potential developers, creating frameworks and delivery of projects.
  • Creating strong working relationships with all stakeholders involved in regeneration in Charnwood. Leading or assisting on other Council economic development and regeneration projects as required.
