Salary: Competitive + Company Car Allowance + 17.5% Annual Bonus

Location: Home with travel to sites when required

What you'll be doing;


  • Assist and support the Regional Asset Manager in the provision of Engineering and Maintenance support to the Industrial Waste & Engery and Treatment facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable plant operation including statutory and company compliance with legislation, regulations and calibration.


  • Provide support to the Facility and Maintenance manager's function in plant maintenance including the management of the lean maintenance techniques.


  • Assist with the development and implementation of Group maintenance strategic practices.


  • Assist with the review of budget performance.


  • Support Internalised maintenance practices.


  • Produce standards and standard solutions to promote commonality in Veolia facilities and deliver value for money.


  • Support, develop and implement new business software tools and reporting methods to stear and drive operational performance.


  • Support new and developing business stream within the IWE business by providing maintenance and engineering plans for new and existing assets and/or contracts during tendering, re-tendering processes and on boarding.





What we're looking for;


  • Educated to degree level within an engineering discipline
  • Experience within plant maintenance
  • Extensive knowledge of Energy and Power generation systems
  • The ability to use an analytical approach to resolve engineering problems
  • Knowledge of CMMS, EAM & ERP Systems
