Reporting to the Head of BSC Operations, you will be responsible for all analytical activity for Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes in a fast paced shared service environment where passion, creativity and excellence are key.

You will need detailed P2P and AR technical and reporting knowledge, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across partner groups at all levels. Leading change whilst identifying and mitigating risk.

A strong analytical, audit and control ethic, a strong technical skills and good eye for business is required. Effective internal and external business partner management will also be key to this role.

What youll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • To manage P2P reporting to meet internal & external industry requirements and tight deadlines
  • To maintain robust Control Framework across the department
  • To deliver core KPIs and contribute to wider centre KPIs, being aware of risk and opportunity to drive KPI and SLA improvements
  • To analyse, interpret and act upon key financial information and accounting statements to drive improvements, manage risk and ensure direction of team and key business partners
  • To manage the delivery of timely and accurate financial information, support the team to take action to resolve queries by dealing with appropriate business partners
Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Has detailed knowledge and experience of the end to end P2P and AR process within a shared service environment
  • Has in-depth knowledge and experience of Core Working Capital practice and reporting
  • Uses interpretations of analysis to drive business decisions and deliver change
  • Drives and embeds innovative reporting solutions which deliver measurable improvements in business performance
  • Understands and assesses the control frameworks and makes improvements to minimise risk to the business
