This is a requirement for a Network Solutions Architect with considerable experience of Campus style networks, LAN/WAN and across various providers such as CISCO, Juniper, HPE etc. We are open to candidates from any of those backgrounds as long as you are comfortable producing POC documentation and presenting that to internal and external stakeholders. You will be eligible for BPSS clearance but those who qualify for SC/NPPV3 would be a real bonus but by no means essential for this role.

What you’ll do:

In creating winning technical solutions to the needs of potential new customers, you will:

  • Lead technical strategy discussions with senior customer personnel.
  • Lead and produce technical options papers as part of agreeing strategy
  • Lead consultancy advice to customers
  • Create and cost solutions in response to customer requirements (e.g. RFP)
  • Describe the solution details and compliances within the required RFP format
  • Present the solution to customers
  • Lead and develop generic solutions to industry needs and requirements
  • Develop technical specifications, network architecture documentation and other relevant documentation
