Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work within our team as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant. The role is full time and permanent! We would love a start date as soon as possible but would be willing to wait for the right candidate until September 2024.

is an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner with the ability to raise achievement for all pupils from their starting points

experience of working with pupils with specific needs

possesses excellent inter-personal skills can adapt to change effectively. Collaborates positively and constructively with colleagues and parents is passionate about supporting pupils whose learning is challenging for them.

Purpose of the job

Overall purpose of the post is to work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan
