Applications are invited for the post of Technical Support Officer with the Bereavement Services Team. This is both an exciting and rewarding role, providing general administrative support for Bereavement Services team.

This support would include providing a reception service for customer enquiries relating to cemeteries managed by the Council and Hereford crematorium. Liaising with both funeral directors and members of the public in the booking of service times for the crematorium and cemeteries.

This role can be demanding and the applicant must have a sympathetic and empathetic demeanour, together with a polite, firm and diplomatic manner and the ability to communicate effectively.
