We are currently looking for a talented Test Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Test Manager is responsible for overseeing the testing activities for a project that covers multiple applications supporting the end-to-end business processes for the asset/facilities management business.
The Test Manager role involves coordinating the testing for a significant number of end-to-end processes, ensuring the readiness of applications for testing, facilitating the creation of test scenarios with the business, managing defects, tracking re-testing, and recommending an effective test management tool that integrates with Jira.

What will you be doing?
- The Test Manager will coordinate and manage the testing activities for the project assigned.
- Collaborate with the business and product teams to ensure the timely creation of test scenarios.
- Conduct learning reviews on the effectiveness of the test management approach and act on any opportunities to improve the process.
- Monitor delivery of the test management phase providing clear reporting of progress to the project team and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in testing activities.
- Encourage the use of tools and technologies that support sustainable testing practices, minimising any environmental impact.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and address any concerns.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in coordinating testing activities for projects involving multiple applications and end-to-end business processes.
- Familiarity with defect management and tracking processes.
- Experience in recommending and implementing test management tools.
- Knowledge of Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
- Certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
