This is a great opportunity for two experienced change and project management professionals to join our newly formed Transformation team to drive innovation, collaboration and change across the Council. The focus of this role will be on identifying improvement opportunities, working with teams to re-engineer processes and leading change initiatives that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence across our organisation. These are new roles in a new team and a great opportunity to make a difference. Bassetlaw is an attractive place to live and work. It includes the most northerly district of Nottinghamshire; bordering Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire with two main population centres - Retford and Worksop, each surrounded by a network of picturesque villages.
