About us

All children are special but at RAFAKidz we believe our children are extra special. RAFAKidz is one of the chosen providers of nursery services to the RAF (Royal Air Force).  Our new nursery at  MOD Worthy Down (near Winchester) opened in August 2023 and is one of 14 settings in the RAFAKidz family. The nursery  has around 40 children  supported by a team of circa 14 employees.

Due to the phenomenal growth of the nursery we are looking to welcome colleagues who are Level 3 qualified, including newly qualified applicants looking to take the next step in their early years career path. If you can bring a motivated, enthusiastic, creative and ‘hands-on’ attitude, then please read on!

We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates. You’ll have ample annual leave and time off to relax and recharge over the Christmas period.

We will give you a great induction experience, training and development opportunities and you’ll be learning on the job from leading practitioners in the industry!

 A typical day in the role will include;
