Our Military colleagues offer a point of contact for Service Leavers & Spouses to find out about life at Nationwide, to assist during transition and to offer a friendly face for our new joiners. For our Reservists we offer 10 days of additional leave for military training and have mobilisation friendly HR policies. For Home buyers we participate in the Forces Help to buy scheme and have mortgage policies specifically designed to meet the needs of Military Homeowners.
