Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Netcompany signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2021 and became a holder of the Silver Award in 2023. We have great intentions and big ambitions to continue our increasing commitment to Social Value and as part, the Armed Forces Community (AFC).

By signing the covenant, Netcompany’s pledges include:

• Providing access to industry recognised skills and certifications for the AFC.
• Promoting and encouraging the employment opportunities to service spouses and partners.
• Providing a flexible approach to requests for leave, before, during and upon return from a partner’s operational deployment.
• Ensuring a hybrid working arrangement for dependants, where practicably possible.
