We provide ‘Taster shifts’ for those who would like to get a feel for the job and talk to existing Care Assistants before they apply. We’ll give you all the training you need before you start, so no experience or qualifications are needed. In addition we commit to giving an interview afterwards, if you’re still interested. We are also a Supporter Member of the Care Workers Charity which supports individuals working in social care through grants and a mental health & wellbeing programme.

Operating since 2009, our family owned business is one of the most respected home/domiciliary care providers in Church Stretton, Craven Arms and surrounding areas. Our philosophy is to enable our service users to maintain independent living in their own home. We are innovative as well as consistent - providing continuity of care teams, as much as possible.
Our Care Assistants are reliable, friendly, and professional. Supported by continued training, they provide social and care services reflecting the needs of service users including retaining their rights to privacy, dignity, and choice. We care for both Private and Funded clients helping with getting up/going to bed, personal care, meal preparation/feeding, companionship, assistance going out e.g for appointments, or a walk; and medication management.
