Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We recognise the value that forces families can bring to our business and as such we will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, by supporting the employment of Service spouses and partners by providing flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner's deployment. We will promote the Armed Forces: promoting the fact that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public. We celebrate our commitment by supporting Armed Forces charities with fundraising and supporting staff who volunteer to assist.  Reserves: supporting our employees who are members of the Reserve Forces; granting additional paid/unpaid leave for annual Reserve Forces training; supporting any mobilisations and deployment; actively encouraging members of staff to become Reservists.

About us

New Generation Training and Consultancy (NGTC) Limited is a Private Training Company specialising in the national delivery of accredited qualifications across the Security, Events and Leisure & Tourism sectors.  We partner with some of the largest security events companies to assist with training and recruitment across their workforces.  This includes the delivery of Security Industry Authority (SIA) qualifications (Close Protection, Door Supervision, CCTV etc) and Crowd Control qualifications (Spectator Safety, PIT Barrier Training, First Aid etc).
