About us
Newton Fallowell Lincoln Estate and Letting Agents branch was established in January 2007 and is situated on ‘estate agents row’ otherwise known as Silver Street close to the city centre of Lincoln. Peter Sandy and Rebecca Hoyles are the Directors and head up a sales and lettings team with Abbie Wardle spearheading sales and Rebecca Ablard streamlining lettings.
Newton Fallowell is an independently owned company dedicated to offering our customers a premium one stop service with a friendly and knowledgeable team who are always on hand to offer the best advice and answer any queries.
Since opening, the branch has grown through repeat business, and word of mouth recommendations. Now there’s a much larger team and wider geographical coverage, for its range of buying, selling, letting and financial advice services. The branch is a member of the Property Ombudsman and Safe Agent and has won awards for its mortgage advice.
