NHS Ayrshire & Arran is fully committed to the Armed Forces Covenant. We recognise the wealth of skills and experience offered by our service personnel and their families and the wide range of transferrable skills gained through their years of service and support to the wider military communities.
NHS Ayrshire & Arran supports employees who are members of or wish to join the Volunteer Reserve Forces. We have policies to support participation in the Volunteer Reserve Forces, including paid leave of two weeks per year to attend annual camp or equivalent continuous training.
