NIAXO Limited is an SME that recognises the value and experience that Armed Forces families bring to our business and community. As a Silver award holder we take our pledge to support military families very seriously, and we will continue to extend that support as our company grows. We have a number of current and ex-military personnel across leadership and throughout our team as a whole so support for the Armed Forces is a fundamental part of the NIAXO ethos.
The fact that we are a remote first company enables Forces family members to join our team despite military relocation requirements. Our flexible working pattern will also enable Forces family members to work around evolving care and support requirements which will be generated by deployments. Being part of a military family requires flexibility, adaptability, creative thinking and tenacity; all traits which are highly valued at NIAXO.

Founded in 2019, NIAXO is a innovation fueled technology company, creating bespoke solutions which enable customers to gain insight from their data. We have a proven track record of data automation, customised data management, platform hosting and integration, across disparate geographic and thematic ecosystems. We also have an inhouse Academy offering hybrid, on the job training to new recruits. One of the many benefits of being a small company is our ability to be flexible, to innovate, adapt to and deliver hugely varied customer requirements.
Due to the military backgrounds of some of our leadership team, much of the work we deliver takes place in highly secure environments and our projects tend to be focused on extending and protecting the security of our country. We continue to reflect the values of the Armed Forces in the nature of our work as well as in our approach to it.
