Our Employee Assistance Programme a 24/7 service offers access to a range of specialist support services and information online or by telephone. These services include help with workplace issues, relationships, family difficulties, trauma and bereavement. Our training programme provides access to a broad range of courses and tutorials to support career progression and job enrichment to support and achieve both corporate and personal goals, an opportunity to partake in our coaching and mentoring programme, secondments and participation in career events, jobs fairs and conferences.
