Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

By signing the Armed Forces Covenant we’re making a promise to the nation, that we’ll support our Armed Service personnel and their families. They have dedicated their time and efforts to protecting us, and in turn we’re committed to working with them to ensure they receive a fair and transparent experience when looking for work. We respect their dedication, and want to help them to secure a future career trajectory that’s as rewarding as their time spent serving and protecting our nation.

The Armed Forces Covenant is our voluntary pledge that all active and retired service personnel and their families will not face any disadvantage, and special consideration will be given where required to facilitate employment after injury or bereavement.

There are such a vast and wide range of transferable skills that forces families develop whilst selflessly supporting those who serve our nation, so it’s our privilege to guide, support and provide them with a new career direction after leaving the military that they’ll find just as rewarding.

About us

At NRL, our people play an integral role on major projects across a range of critical sectors including renewable energy, power generation and infrastructure.

We’re proud of our journey, from humble beginnings at Sellafield in 1983, to today’s diverse global Group supplying a range of innovative resourcing, outsourcing, contracting and consultancy services.

Our regional and international Recruitment and Workforce Management solutions identify the right people to help our clients succeed - always built around compliance and challenging industry best practice. This central focus is also evident across our specialist Rail and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) teams - who provide hands-on contracting services led by safety.

We challenge how we can continually improve operational delivery - making us a dynamic supply chain partner. It’s what motivates our people every day, and it’s where our clients recognise we are different.
