Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We're looking for people with transferrable skills we can put to good use in the industry that we operate in, covering our 30 Sales Branches, 14 Installation Depots and our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Barnsley. We need to fill the skills gaps that exist in engineering, manufacturing, and construction, so it makes perfect sense for us to utilise the skills and experience of spouses and partners of Armed Forces personnel.

We signed the Armed Forces Covenant in October 2022, and since then we have been working hard to further improve our support of Armed Forces colleagues.

We strive to support the employment of service spouses, partners, and families, and we endeavour to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for them before, during, and after a partner’s deployment. This is tailored to each individual's circumstance and would be agreed with their direct line manager.
