Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Serica Energy is proud to be a Bronze Award holder of the Armed Forces Covenant. We recognise the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to our organisation and welcome applications from service leavers, reservists and veterans who bring a variety of transferable skills and qualities to the civilian workplace, developed throughout their military careers. At Serica we are fortunate to have such people already working on behalf of us.  By signing this pledge we are solidifying our support to this workforce and their families and will aim to help those looking for employment to get the help, advice and opportunity to have a career with us.

We are in the process of making an application for the Silver Award of the Armed Forces Covenant.
