Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We are committed to supporting Armed Forces Family members alongside our support to Veterans and the wider Armed Forces Community. We offer additional paid leave for military spouses or partners to take in the days either before or after their partner is deployed to enable them to focus on spending this important time at home with their family members. Armed forces family members can also access our Veterans Mentoring programme to be partnered with someone in the workplace who is from the same military as their family member – this allows them to ask additional questions or simply discuss concerns with someone at work if desired. We also offer return to work schemes as part of our Social Value commitment for our Bradshaw programme, to support family members returning to work after a potentially significant time off.
