Our commitment to the Armed Forces Community

Solar Capture Technologies is committed to supporting members of the Armed Forces Community by engaging and providing support to Veterans, Reservists, member of the Cadet Forces including Cadets, Adult Volunteers and Family Members. The organisation is engaged with the CTP, Forces Family Jobs, JoinedUp and My Endex to name a few. The business also supports local Armed Forces Charities including Veteran at Ease. The business will offer work experience and employment opportunities to members of the Armed Forces Community. Solar Capture Technologies will continue to develop collaborations and strategies to support members of Armed Forces Community. Developing a strategic model through stakeholder collaboration working with existing Armed Forces Covenant signees and Employer Recognition Scheme Award winners where training and employment can deliver highly skilled, highly paid jobs in a diverse innovative renewable’s environment. The organisation will communicate through business processes to stakeholders who have not signed the Armed Forces Covenant on the benefits of engaging in this partnership and the benefits of employing members of the Armed Forces Community.

About us

Solar Capture Technologies is an renewables manufacturing business located in the Blyth Valley renewable energy hub in Northumberland. The organisation manufactures innovative solar power generating and storage solutions for a range of end user applications. The business has commissioned a state-of-the-art automated 70WM solar module production facility which can manufacture standard and innovative composite solar modules, which are very light weight and fully recyclable. Working closely with stakeholders on cost effective solutions to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
