South East Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

As an employer South East Reserve Forces’ & Cadets’ Association (SERFCA) upholds the pledges we encourage private/public sector and not-for-profit organisations to sign up to as part of the Armed Forces Covenant. We support employees who are Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers with additional paid leave to carry out annual training and can be flexible to accommodate the needs of family members of those serving.  A majority of our employees are Forces’ family members, Reservists, veterans and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, and priority is given to applicants from these groups.
