Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
SQEP Ltd is an established provider of technical support to UK’s Ministry of Defence across its Land, Air and Maritime domains and to the wider defence industry. The Company was founded by three RAF veterans who established a strong ethos of devotion to our UK Armed Forces. Today, the board and key operational staff are made up of veterans and forces family members and a large proportion of our growing team are ex-service personnel. We are staunchly proud of our Armed Forces heritage and our ties with the UK MOD and the support provided to is wider support organisations, such as the Royal British Legion, the NHS and Cadet Forces, will always remain a key focus of our future.
As Gold award holders of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme we are proud supporter of the Armed Forces community and part of our pride and dedication to our military family is giving back; not only in offering our skills, knowledge and experience from a professional sense, but in a more personal devotion, we support and guide many and any ex-service people how best we can regardless of rank, service or gender.
Our specific commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant is to always be there for any ex-military member or family member to assist and support where we can with advice and guidance and potential employment where applicable.
