Baristas are the face of Starbucks. They’re an important part of our customers’ day, and experts in handcrafting delicious beverages. 

Shift Supervisors help direct work on the floor. They run shifts and lead the store team. This role is a great way to develop your leadership skills. 

Assistant store managers inspire our customers while developing their management skills on their journey to running a great store on their own. You’ll support managing a P&L, building schedules, leading a team and nurturing talent. 

Store Managers run their store as if it belongs to them – from managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This isn’t a back-room management position, but focusses on the front line connecting with customers and partners.
