About us
Step Up Security was founded in 2002, by our Senior Management team, who have a combined yearly working history within the Security Industry and Armed Forces of almost 60 years. Within the first nine months of start-up, we were accredited with ISO 9001 by ISOQAR, which means our Control Room conforms to BS7499, and staff are vetted and trained to conform with BS7858. We have accumulated numerous accreditations over the years which include ISO9001, 14001 (Environmental) and 18001 OHSAS (Health & Safety) through the SSAIB. We also are approved for the Design, Installation Corrective and Preventative Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms in accordance with the SSAIB code of practice SS2003, SS2002 and PD6662 respectively. Over the years we have demonstrated our commitment to providing quality assured services and have always strived to improve which is key to our successes.
