Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Sword Training Solutions Ltd are a training consultancy providing specialist support to organisations. We signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant in 2022. In 2023, as a result of many of the Armed Forces community contacting us for advice, we set up a new arm of the company - Sword Role Solutions. A veteran-owned business, we currently employ military spouses and Reservists, and ensure we use suppliers with the same backgrounds as far as possible. We provide flexibility and support to enable our staff to manage the pressures of work and home, incorporating this into policy and employment contracts.
About us
Established in 2020 as a specialist education and training consultancy, Sword Training Solutions Limited are the preferred supplier for numerous specialist organisations across the Middle East and the UK, bringing over 30 years' worth of UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) training and experience to the civil environment. Via ISO 9001, analysis, design, delivery, assurance, and Train the Trainer training, we also provide female empowerment and development activities for those specialist organisations as well as being a registered supplier to the UK MoD for International Standard Organisation (ISO) training.
