Tayside Aviation currently employs one military spouse and would welcome more into our workforce. As a business with veterans at the helm, we have a full understanding of the flexibility required as a member of a military family, as a military spouse or a dependant of a military employee and vow to operate our business in a way which allows for this flexibility and support.
If an employee’s spouse was deployed, we would offer additional support to our employee by providing additional leave on a case-by-case basis for deployment, return injury or bereavement. We would offer flexible working hours to accommodate childcare and other parental duties and emotional support through our senior leadership team as required.

Tayside Aviation has been a leader in pilot training for over 55 years. Today, we are a proud to be a CAA accredited Approved Training Organisation (ATO) based in Dundee. We offer a comprehensive range of training courses, from those with no experience to those working towards a frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
