Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Tesla signed the Armed Forces Covenant in June 2018 and have Silver Award holders in the Employer Recognition Scheme.
We are committed to upholding the values of the Covenant and support our Armed Forces community. Our employee resource group, Veterans at Tesla, supports employees and their families as they transition from the military into the Tesla workforce. This community helps to build an inclusive environment within Tesla and organises events within the community. Tesla supports the transition to civilian live with competitive salary, equity, on-the-job training and all the equipment you need—no previous experience with electric vehicles is required.
About us
Tesla was founded in 2003 by a group of engineers who wanted to prove that people didn’t need to compromise to drive electric – that electric vehicles can be better, quicker and more fun to drive than petrol or diesel cars. Today, Tesla builds not only all-electric vehicles but also infinitely scalable clean energy generation and storage products.
