Supporting the Armed Forces community is part of our DNA at Tetra Tech.  As signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, and holders of the highly coveted ERS Gold Award, we are wholeheartedly committed to supporting service families. We understand the unique challenges and sacrifices these families endure whilst their loved ones are serving in the military. To demonstrate our commitment we have many measures in place, including:

• Job Portability: we understand the transient nature of our military personnel – we’ll try, whenever practicable, to transfer our service families employees position to different locations.
• Hybrid and flexible Working: ‘work when you want, where you want’ – whilst hybrid working may differ between roles, individuals and teams can find the right balance whilst always ensuring we deliver to our clients and support our colleagues.
• Career Development: we actively support the career development of service family members through mentorship programmes, training opportunities, and pathways for advancement.

Through these and other service family-friendly policies we aim to provide the stability and opportunities they deserve.
