Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

At Aiker Group Ltd we are very aware of, and grateful for, the job that the armed forces do to keep our country safe and also the humanitarian work they do around the world.  We have employees from forces families so we understand the massive sacrifice that is made not just by those that are in the forces but their loved ones as well. We are committed to supporting forces families in any way we can and recognise the skill sets that these people have. As an employer, we fully support reservists and volunteers to be able to fulfil their armed forces commitments whilst continuing to work.

About us

We employ agency care and support workers and place them into a number of settings across the county of Norfolk. These include, residential nursing homes, some of which specialise in dementia care and also mental health hospitals. Agency work is an attractive proposition as it provides more flexibility and gives the worker more control over their work and shift patterns. 

In addition, we deliver training courses and qualify people in a number of different qualifications including: first aid, first aid for mental health, positive behaviour support, safeguarding, personal safety and breakaway, full PMVA training and health and safety. Doing this means that we are also able to train our agency staff, in house, so our clients get the quality assurance regarding training directly from us and not a 3rd party trainer.
