COSAC recognises the commitment made by the Armed Forces on behalf of the Nation. From the conduct of combat operations abroad, to the support they provide the Civil Ministries at home, their selfless dedication, professionalism and courage is as respected as it is humbling. It is for these people and for the forces family members that support them – and whose contribution goes all too often unrecognised – that COSAC is proud to have signed and to be part of the Armed Forces Covenant. We actively seek to employ ex-Forces personnel and forces families members and their number currently make-up over 15% of the COSAC team. Our proven remote working culture, is very well suited to those looking for work nationally – as opposed to within a 30 minute commute – and we have a number of part time positions for those that need the flexibility to prioritise work around other commitments.

COSAC is a UK based, online training company. In addition to providing qualification and compliance courses to individuals and those businesses that employ them, COSAC also delivers bespoke train, test and certification solutions to organisations looking for a more flexible and efficient way to up-skill the workforce. Established in 2016, COSAC puts people first in generating income from four, mutually supporting strands of activity; i.e. the creation and delivery of online courses, commercial partnerships, Government funded contracts and E-Assessment/Remote Proctoring services. COSAC is a market leader in getting training and assessment to the point of need by the learner. In doing so, we have broken the mould of individuals and organisations having to wait for the booking and scheduling constraints inherent in traditional classroom and second generation remote learning options. COSACs e-learning and e-assessment products are accessible anywhere, at any time and in any place. We pride ourselves on our innovation, the integrity of our delivery platforms and the consistent quality of our customer care and support.
