Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
The Crafty Gardener CIC recognises the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to our business and to our country. We promote the fact that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public.
The Crafty Gardener has a flexible approach to granting leave for service spouses and partners before, during and following a partner's deployment. We would also support reservices and employees who are volunteer leaders in military cadet organisations.
The Crafty Gardener is proud to support national events such as Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal day and Remembrance activities.
