The Forshaw Group are incredibly proud to support our Armed Forces community and are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious Gold Armed Forces Covenant Award Status. The company’s new Gold status recognises how it actively demonstrates its support at a local and national level.

The Forshaw Group is one of 156 organisations to be awarded Nationally this year, recognising the company’s commitment to not only supporting the Armed Forces Covenant and community by providing new career opportunities for serving and former members of the Armed Forces community, but also demonstrating flexibility towards training and employing Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers.

Our managing director Liam Hanlon, a former Royal Marines Reservist and an active member of the Royal Marines Association and the Special Boat Service Association, has ensured that The Forshaw Group is committed to supporting veterans. We strive to provide opportunities, training, and roles for our ex-service men and women and the spouses and partners of serving personnel. 

About us

We are property restoration specialists, working closely with insurance companies and loss adjusters to renovate commercial and residential property damaged by fire or flood. The company was founded in 1948, with its headquarters in Knowsley. A successful expansion programme has seen the opening of an additional four offices spread out over the North-West and into North Wales.

We have shown consistent growth in turnover year on year, and with this has come investment in our people and the latest online technologies and service facilities to ensure a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused claims management service.

As a company we have gone from strength to strength, bucking the downward trend in the property market and achieving real growth in the face of the toughest recession for a generation.
