Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant 

The Growth Company (GC) has recently joined the Armed Forces Covenant, a pledge which ensures no member of the Armed Forces community is unfairly treated or left disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives. As an organisation, we recognise the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and their families bring to our business, and to the businesses and communities which we serve across the UK. We recently set up a Military Veterans and Reservists group as part of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) network groups - giving colleagues who have served in the Armed Forces, or their families, the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who have similar lived experiences.
