Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
The Learning Trust comprises of four schools based in the Chester area. We strongly recognise the values that serving personnel bring to our country and partner with the Forces Families Job Forum and seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant. We encourage and support the employment of service spouses and partners and regularly advertise a variety of permanent, temporary, and casual roles within the Trust. We are in a position where we are able to offer family friendly term-time contracts and believe that these roles, based in the Chester locality, can offer the forces family community flexibility and stability within a supportive and dynamic working environment.

About us
The Learning Trust supports and serves young people in our area. We educate, enlighten and provide our students the expertise and confidence they need in order to achieve success. We believe that through our clear values and honest and open collaboration, we can improve standards and enhance the level of education we offer.
The Learning Trust comprises of three secondary schools (Christleton High School, Chester International School, and Queen’s Park High School) and one primary school (Belgrave Primary School) with our centralised office based at Queen’s Park High School. We are a forward thinking and dynamic Trust and, in the future, we aim to expand our Trust further to include both local and international partners.
The Learning Trust currently employs approximately 350 staff who are valued and supported. Within the Learning Trust we see our staff as a vitally important asset who enable our students to access the high standard of education that they deserve. The Trust prides itself in supporting all our staff in their own personal development journey.
