Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Within Pearson TQ we already hold the Silver Employer Recognition Scheme and this year we have applied to be upgraded to to Gold. Within our parent company, Pearson Plc. we have already started to promote the Armed Forces Covenant on internal and external communication, promotion of our role with the Armed Forces to our staff and to our external partners and stakeholders. We grant leave for reservists, we promote our vacancies and apprenticeship vacancies on aligned websites and are planning activities for Armed Forces day but also a number of other special days that happen every year. We have a Veterans Employee Reference Group UK Chapter established form 2019 and this group will take forward a specific action plan for the Armed Forces Covenant every year.
